Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can place your order by calling us at 416-574-9775 or by filling out an order form in the ORDER section of our website.
Q: What are the payment options?
A: We accept cash, certified cheque or money order. (We expect to accept PayPal and Visa shortly)
Q: What locations do you deliver to?
A: We offer free delivery to Markham, North York, Vaughan, Scarborough and Stoufville as detailed on this delivery map. For orders outside this area a nominal fee applies.
Q: How are your Stork signs personalized?
A: Each stork comes with a FREE keepsake bundle announcing the Baby’s first name, date of birth and baby’s birth weight.
Q: How much do you charge for additional balloons?
A: Each stork comes standard with one premium foil balloon (blue or pink).
Q: When do I pay for the rental?
A: Full payment must be made upon delivery.
Q: Does someone have to be home during your delivery or pick-up?
A: We require someone to be home at the time of delivery for payment and also to identify placement on your lawn. No one is required to be home for pick-up. We will ensure your keepsake is left in a safe place.
Q: How much notice do you need to deliver the stork?
A: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Q: What are you days/hours of delivery?
A: We deliver any day of the week. During the week deliveries occur after 5:oopm.
Q: Can your storks be rented for one day, ie. for a baby shower?
A: Absolutely. A single day rental costs $45 and we can announce the names of the parents-to-be on the bundle.
